Accessibility statement

Last reviewed 19 June 2026

This site should work for you whatever you are using to read it, and that includes people with disabilities. The standard we hold ourselves to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat our duties under the UK Equality Act 2010 as the floor rather than the target.

How the pages are built

Where it still falls short

The work is not finished. Older pages, and content that comes from somebody else, may not yet reach WCAG 2.2 AA in full. Tell us what blocked you and we will move it up the list.

Tell us when something blocks you

Struggling with any part of this site, or need something here in another format? Email hello@phonedecoded.com and you should hear back inside five working days.

If our answer is not good enough

Complain to us, and if what you get back does not satisfy you, take it to the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). They advise on what the Equality Act 2010 entitles you to.
