We remove the iCloud Activation Lock from an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch you own, by IMEI. Done server-side — no jailbreak, no software to install.
Phone locked to a network?
We unlock a handset from its carrier permanently, by IMEI, so it takes any SIM. The official whitelist method — it survives a factory reset and works on any make.
How an unlock works
Nothing is installed on the phone and nothing is posted to us. Every service here works from the IMEI alone.
Give us the IMEI
Dial *#06# on the handset, or read it from Settings. Fifteen digits, nothing else.
We check eligibility first
We confirm the device can actually be unlocked before the work starts, and tell you if it cannot.
You get the result by email
Track progress on your order page the whole way through, and keep the handset in your hand.

What an IMEI number is
The IMEI — International Mobile Equipment Identity — is a unique 15-digit identifier carried by every mobile device. The first fourteen digits are standardised by the GSM Association; the fifteenth is a Luhn checksum, which is how a typo is caught before anything is looked up.
A SIM card identifies a person. An IMEI identifies the hardware, and it is hard-coded — which makes it the only dependable way to name a specific handset for a warranty claim, an insurance policy, or a lost and stolen report.
Once an IMEI is flagged, it can be blacklisted across networks worldwide, and the handset stops working no matter how many SIMs are swapped into it. That is the single most useful thing to check before buying a second-hand phone.
Where our answers come from
The free identification is ours: the TAC — the first eight digits of the IMEI — is matched against our own type-allocation records to name the manufacturer and the exact model. No third party is involved and no request leaves the building.
The paid checks are different. Blacklist, carrier, warranty and lock status are live answers from the operators and manufacturers that hold them, which is why those cost money and why a result we cannot get is reported as "we could not check that" rather than as "clear".
