IMEI Generator

Batches of 15-digit numbers that pass a checksum test. Useful for filling a form, a fixture file or a test database — and no use at all for anything a network, a repair shop or an insurer is asked to act on.

What comes out of it

Each number is assembled the way a real IMEI is laid out: eight digits in the TAC position, six chosen at random, then a check digit calculated with the Luhn formula so the whole string adds up. That is enough to clear a length check, a format validator or a checksum test. It is not enough to be a phone. The prefixes used here stand in for Type Allocation Codes rather than reproducing blocks issued to a manufacturer, so no lookup will find a device behind one, and no warranty, unlock or insurance claim can rest on it. When you need a number that resolves to real hardware, take it off the handset: dial *#06#, or read it from Settings, then About.
